If a bar turns up damaged or it is not what you ordered, email me within 7 days with a photo and I will replace it or refund it in full.

How it ships

Shipping

I take real care packing your order so it arrives in one piece, ready for your nook.

Processing time. Everything is made by hand and processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after you order. A few made-to-order items take longer, and the product page says so.

How it ships. USPS Priority Mail. Transit is usually 2–5 business days once the parcel leaves here.

Shipping cost. Rates are calculated from the weight of your order and where it is going. Free shipping on orders over $100.

Tracking. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Local pickup. Local pickup is available in Grovetown, GA. Choose it at checkout and pick a collection time afterwards — I will share the address with you then.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Personal care items. Because these are personal-care and hygiene products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on anything that has been opened or used.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you got the wrong thing, email naturallynooked@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will send a replacement or refund you in full, shipping included, once we have sorted out what happened.

Cancellations. An order can be cancelled any time before it has been made or shipped. Email me straight away if you need to.

Return shipping. In the rare case a return is agreed for an unused item, return postage is the customer's to cover.
