The SeasonSeptember 2026
Cold-process soap, poured by hand in Grovetown, Georgia. This month the shelf turns heavier — smoke, cedar, tobacco, leather, roasted coffee, oats and honey.
7 bars$7.00 eachCured 28 days

Every bar is cut from the loaf and left on the rack for 28 days before it is wrapped. There is no way to hurry it.
One person, a wooden mould and a kitchen. Bars are made to order and leave here in 3–5 business days.
Each of those 21 prints its INCI names with a plain-English line beside them — including the mica, and including the fragrance oil. The other 3 have no list recorded yet, and their pages say so rather than leaving a gap.

The edit · Autumn
No new collection, no new SKU, nothing reformulated. These are bars already on the shelf whose recorded scent notes belong to autumn — pulled forward and given the front of the shop for the season.

A bar joins the autumn edit only if every one of its recorded scent notes is on this season's list. That rule returns 7 bars — 5 Ember & Timber, 1 Hearth & Cream, 1 Garden & Leaf. Creamsicle Soap Bar was left out because one of its notes is orange, and orange belongs to another season. Solid Dish Soap- Lemon was left out because one of its notes is lemon, and lemon belongs to another season.
All seven are scented with fragrance oil rather than essential oil, and each product page says so. That is a fact about the bars, not a thing to hide behind the word "natural".
Still on the shelf
There is no seasonal cull here. Every summer bar is still made, still $7.00, and still in the shop in December. The edit is where the light is pointing — it is not the whole shelf.

From the maker
I started because I wanted to know what was in the bar I was already using. Now everything here gets poured into a wooden loaf, cut with a wire the next morning, and then left alone — four to six weeks on the rack, losing water, getting hard, getting mild. That part I can't hurry, and I've stopped wanting to.
Every bar is seven dollars and I keep it there deliberately. I'd rather you had four scents on the shelf and picked one by how the day went than one you were saving for good. The scents are here to make a room feel like somewhere — a campfire, a cold orange, a clean kitchen at the end of a long day. That's all they're for, and I think that's plenty.
And the label prints in full, including the parts that are less romantic. Some of these bars are scented with essential oils and some with fragrance oil, and I tell you which on every single one. Essential oils can't do tobacco, or leather, or a peach that smells like an actual peach — so I use fragrance oil for those, and I'd rather say it here than have you find it in small print later.

There is no photograph of me on this page yet. When there is one, it will be a real one.
Oils, lye and scent, stirred and poured into a wooden mould in my kitchen.
The loaf is cut into bars and left on the rack. Water leaves, the bar hardens, the lather improves. There is no way to hurry it.
Stamped with its batch, wrapped, and packed the week you order it.
Made and packed in Grovetown, GA, and posted within 3–5 business days of your order.
What’s inside
28 ingredients in the library, each with its INCI name and one plain line about why it is in there. Nothing is left off because it sounds unromantic.
A soft butter pressed from the nut of the West African shea tree. It gives the lather a creamy, conditioning feel. In 18 of the 24.
A hard, fast-saponifying oil. It is what makes a bar bubble and stay firm in the dish. In 18 of the 24.
The oldest soapmaking oil there is. It is the body of the bar — mild, slow to lather, long to cure. In 18 of the 24.
A mineral powder, cosmetic grade. Colour. That is the whole job. In 14 of the 24.
Nobody else in this category tells you this, so it is worth saying plainly. Every product records whether its scent comes from essential oil, from lab-made fragrance oil, or from nothing at all — and you can filter the shop by it.
24 active products. The 2 unscented items are Clarifying Glow Facial Oil and Custom Paint Kit.
